All tickets will be refunded from where they were purchased.

If you purchased your ticket through Posten, Narvesen, 7-Eleven or the ticket office at the venue please contact them before Friday 1st February 2013 to claim your refund.

Tickets purchased on Billettservice.no  or from  +47 815 33 133  will be refunded by calling +47 815 33 133. 

The tickets will be refunded over the phone and the money will be transferred back to the card used for the purchase. 

Refunds will begin on Saturday 1 December and please don't miss the deadline of Friday 1st February to claim your refund.

Muse.mu Pre Sale Tickets

Any tickets purchased through the muse.mu pre sale via CrowdSurge will be refunded automatically over the next 7 to 14 days. We appreciate your patience whilst the high volumes of transactions required are organised.
