Went on at couple of minutes before 9 thinking I’d no chance. Within 10 minutes I’d got 2 in the stalls.

Damn, Muse presales are always a chaotic heartbreaking mess. I love the band with all my heart but there has to be a better system for presales. Today you selected the tickets and there was no way in goddamn hell to finish the purchase at all, no matter what. But apparently they were sold out in front of my eyes even I was trying again and again and no damn tickets could be purchased, didn't matter that appeared like available and you selected them.

Very disappointed as I spent 1 hour 1/2 trying to get 2 tickets for my husbands birthday as a surprise. No surprise now as I didn't get any!
I suppose I will have to try again on Friday with the masses!!!

When they come to Houston, the gig never sells out at Toyota Center. I'm likely getting my tickets on the night of the show at the box office rather than deal with the online madness, which is a joke in the end anyways. So if anyone misses out in another city, think about a trip to Texas!

I see there is a contest for a Meet & Greet but you have to purchase chances to hope to have a prayer of winning.

I was up and going at 8 AM (Dutch time, so 7 AM GMT). Kept refreshing the page every 15 minutes. Had signed up with Gigs and Tours yesterday, so I was logged in and did not have to type my address and that stuff. Stalled money on my paypal account. Had my code ready to paste immediately. Opened multiple windows on different browsers. At 10:02 everything said sold out. I kept on refreshing pages, not caring for what kind of ticket I preferred (standing of course). At 10:20 I got through. It was a seated ticket, but what the F***. Everyone will stand I am sure. Just keep trying. (Oh yeah: I did light a candle, and booked my stay in London for that evening yesterday...) Maybe this will help you all. Otherwise, go to twickets.

I was in front of the device at 9 o'clock sharp. I've tried every single option: standing, seated, restriction view...all the options listed there. "No tickets available at the moment". At 9:04 everything was sold out. It's a joke.

Seems to be completely down to luck and not being picky, was there on the dot at 9:00 but still had to wait 15 seconds to get out of the queue, went for standing which were all sold out then immediately went for the restricted view tickets, which wont be restricted assuming everyone will stand-up anyway. First time i've managed to get tickets for a 'smaller' venue, can't wait to go, best of luck on Friday those that weren't lucky today.

Tried for an hour, same as a lot on here, all unavailable but kept trying over and over until it said presale sold out. So disappointed but will try again Friday. I’m not a lucky person so just don’t know how people managed to get them. Is there a secret trick that I don’t know about????? ☹️😢😢😢

So devastated; tried from the first log in for over 2 hours until the final "Pre sale sold out" message appeared on all of the areas. Not got one ticket. Could cry right now, as I'm working on Fri when general release tickets go on sale and I can't get online. Congratulations to all that have tickets though, please cheer extra loud for me.

Got straight through to website as soon as it opened, no waiting around in the queue system. Selected the boxes then pressed continue, just to be told none available, so then I selected the next one down just to be told the same.each time I pressed continue the item I was after was sold out. Worked the way down the list and still no joy.

I then constantly refreshed the age for the next hour. Tickets were being released / resold and same problem was happening...saying sold out then later on became available. As I said I did this for 1hr 2mins then I managed to get tickets. Not the best tickets that I was originally after as these are restricted view in the circle, but hey I'm going.

Moral of this is don't Give up trying.

That was nuts! I thought I had snagged some and then had a browser issue and struggled after that. Site reported all sold out and to be added to a waiting list. I did another refresh and miraculously managed to snag 2 seats Rear Circle, PHEW!
