Muse Nominated for MTVs, Qs, Live Music and UK Festival Awards!
It's awards season and Muse have picked up some great nominations!
First up, the MTV Europe Music Awards which will be held in Madrid this November. The band are shortlisted in the categories BEST ROCK, BEST LIVE ACT and BEST WORLD STAGE PERFORMANCE. Voting is open until 4th November, click here to vote now.
Then over at Q Magazine, Muse are up for BEST ACT IN THE WORLD TODAY and BEST LIVE ACT. Voting for the Qs is open now here. By voting you'll be entered into a free prize draw to attend the ceremony, which takes place in London on Monday 25th October.
The UK Festival Awards nominations were also announced last week and the band are shortlisted in the ANTHEM OF THE YEAR (for Uprising) and BEST HEADLINE PERFORMANCE (for Glastonbury and T in the Park) categories. Voting for these awards is available here.
Meanwhile it's still not too late to vote for Muse in the Digital Music Awards! The band are up for four gongs - ARTIST OF THE YEAR, BEST DIGITAL PROMOTION (for the United States Of Eurasia Treasure Hunt), BEST GROUP and BEST WEBSITE. The latter two are open for public voting and you can do so here (for BEST GROUP) and here (FOR BEST WEBSITE). As with the Q Awards, by voting for the DMAs, you'll be entered into a competition to win VIP tickets to the awards which will take place at the Roundhouse on Thursday 30th September.
And finally, the band have been nominated for SPECTACLE OF THE YEAR (for Glastonbury) and BEST FESTIVAL PERFORMANCE (for T in the Park) at the Live UK Music Business Awards! You can vote for the band in these awards here where you'll also find some other members of the good team Muse up for nominations!
