    From Hypable "Muse has released, what looks to be, a colorful scan of nerve fibers as the album cover for the band’s upcoming sixth studio album, The 2nd Law.

    The British rockers unveiled the cover art on their website Monday, linking to The Human Connectome Project – a website dedicated to the human brain and promising a “compilation of neural data, an interface to graphically navigate this data and the opportunity to achieve never before realized conclusions about the living human brain.”

    I looked up the Human Connectome Project. This is white matter, whatever that is. And this very image is on the site.
