All tickets will be refunded from where they were purchased.
Refunds will be available from the point of purchase.
Ticketfast and paid for but not yet collected tickets:
- Debit/credit card payments will automatically be refunded back to the card the tickets were purchased with.
- Internet banking payments: Please contact email@example.com with your bank account’s clearing (or sort code) and account number, as well as the booking confirmation number. The refund will be paid back into your account.
- Please allow two weeks for card payments and bank transfers to be processed.

Please note the service charge will not be refunded for cancelled events.
The deadline for ticket refunds is January 11, 2013.
